1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aw999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the aw999 platform accessible at aw999.io and all associated services operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aw999 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the aw999 platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aw999 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the aw999 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aw999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an aw999 employee or business partner in a role that would create a conflict of interest.

aw999 reserves the right to request identity and age-verification documents at any stage, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our sole discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested, aw999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

If aw999 determines at any time that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay during the period of underage use.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of aw999 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions, claiming bonuses multiple times, or avoiding a self-exclusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aw999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. aw999 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aw999 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. aw999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

You must ensure that your account details, including your registered email address and payment method, remain accurate and up to date at all times. aw999 will communicate important account notices — including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations — to the email address registered on your account.

6. Deposits

aw999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where available. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no upper limit on a single deposit, though aw999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at any time for security or compliance reasons.

6.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your aw999 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. aw999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension. aw999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large or unusual deposit activity.

6.4 No Deposits for Criminal Purposes

You warrant that all funds deposited to your aw999 account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. aw999 operates strict anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Verification Requirement

aw999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You must submit the requested documents within the timeframe specified. Failure to do so may result in delays or the withholding of the withdrawal pending satisfactory verification.

7.3 Wagering Compliance

Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirement must be completed in full before any withdrawal of funds is permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement is outstanding will result in the forfeiture of the applicable bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

7.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Processing times are subject to payment provider availability and may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

7.5 Same-Method Policy

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical constraints, aw999 will contact the player to agree on an alternative method.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

aw999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets only; bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward the wagering requirement of a different bonus.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the bet value. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms. aw999 reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering at any time.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.

8.4 Abuse of Bonuses

aw999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and collusion between players. Where abuse is detected, aw999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account.

8.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement of an existing bonus may result in the cancellation of either or both bonuses at aw999's discretion.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the aw999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game concerned.

aw999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed in error due to an obvious pricing error by aw999 or a data-feed provider.
• Evidence of match-fixing, player misconduct, or irregular activity in the underlying sporting event is identified.
• The player breached these Terms or the specific game rules at the time the bet was placed.

Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. aw999's decision regarding the voiding of bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aw999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the aw999 platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from aw999.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a corrupt outcome.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aw999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11. Responsible Gaming

aw999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits aw999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy & Data
